A research request was recently provided to OS AI from an equity backed mid-tier national technology consulting firm looking for details related to an upcoming RFP for a new requirement in support of the Department of Homeland Security.

  • Contract Vehicle: According to the DHS  forecast, this is slated to be competed using NITAAC CIO-SP3 as an unrestricted competition. 
  • Expected Competition Date: Fiscal Year 2023 – date tbd  
  • OS AI Note: The DHS forecast states that the RFP is expected to be released as early as mid-March of 2023.  
  • While this is identified as a “New” requirement by DHS in the forecast, there are a number of ongoing support contracts worth taking note of when weighing potential partners S, including a contract held by Highlight Technologies to provide Intelligence Data Service (IDS) Cloud Support Services for the USCG I2SPC.
