What is Elev8[X]

Elev8[X] represents the highest level of recognition within the Elev8 program. For several years, OrangeSlices has led Elev8 to identify and spotlight GovCon companies that are doing it right. More than 1,200 companies have been nominated, evaluated, and rated through a combination of peer, employee, customer, and partner input, creating one of the most grounded, experience-based views of leadership and performance in the market today.

Elev8[X] is a new, elite distinction introduced to recognize leaders among leaders. From an already peer-recognized Elev8 honoree group, Elev8[X] finalists emerged as the highest-rated organizations across key dimensions of leadership, culture, and execution. Final Elev8[X] category winners will be announced on April 10, 2026, at a live recognition event at the Round House Theatre in Bethesda, Maryland.
