In early March we announced that Arctas had acquired the OrangeSlices AI Listings Platform (aka Partner Directory), in order to build a better and more robust Federal Services Partner Network. We are excited for all of the additional capabilities and intel this will bring to our community and OS AI sponsors/members. 

This new partnership means that OS AI sponsors/ members have access to additional functionality and insight via Arctas as part of their membership with OS AI. OrangeSlices will continue to provide news, intel and analysis related to all things GovCon, both on our website and through the Fresh Squeezed Daily newsletter.

Arctas will support partnering efforts and provide enhanced visibility for industry, as well as greater competitive intelligence through its site. As Arctas grows and builds, they may develop additional intelligence tools which may be an add-on to what members currently receive and which will constitute a secondary relationship with Arctas.

The OS AI team remains in place to provide support, answer questions, and to ensure sponsors/ members and the community at large have the intel and information they need.

To access your company listing, visit https://www.arctas.io/, search your company and click the claim button. If you cannot find your company, please click the chat in the upper right corner to submit a request or query. 

OrangeSlices AI offers both Basic and Premium membership.

Listing packages are available when a user is claiming their company listing profile. The user may select a Complimentary Basic Listing, or one of our paid Listing packages with additional features.

Basic Listings allow you to customize about us language, add a logo and a custom main image. Gold Listings, available as part of Premium Membership packages, allow you to add white papers, videos and more.

Yes. You can submit your own content for consideration to your company listing by first creating a login on the OS platform. Under the ‘Contact Us’ dropdown you can then select submit content to submit press releases or other news content. Please also include in the text portion a url link so we can link readers directly to your site.

1. Click Threat management and then click Review.
2. Click Quarantine (anywhere in the box). A list of your emails in quarantine are displayed.
3. Click any message to select it, then choose from the options given: Release message. View message header. Preview message.

OS AI will consider researching and putting forward requests for parners related to specific opportunities. Not all requests will be met but senior business leaders within the community may put forward requests to be considered. To make a request complete the form here.

From the login popup, select “Don’t remember your password?”, and then enter your email address to send a secure link to your email and reset your password. 

To update other account information, login to OrangeSlices.ai and click on “My Profile” and then select “My Account” from the dropdown to edit any account details. 

If you have forgotten your password, click on “User Login” on the top menu. 

At the bottom of the pop-up login box, click on “Don’t remember your password?”.

From the next screen, enter either your email address, and then click on “Send Email”. 

Check your email for a link to create a new password. Please note that sometimes our notification emails end up in Spam, so check there if you don’t see it in your inbox. 

Login to OrangeSlices.ai and click on “My Profile” on the top menu.

Click on “Billing Details” to update your billing information. 

We use reCAPTCHA to create an account. This is for security purposes, to prevent unauthorized access to OrangeSlicesAI by bots or spammers.

A “reCAPTCHA verification failed” message means that the site believes that your actions may be a bot.

To resolve this issue, here are a few things you can try:

If you are using a vpn or are in incognito mode, the site may not be able to recognize that you are a human. We recommend not using a vpn and not using incognito mode. 

Refresh the page and try again. 

Try a different browser to complete registration. 

Trying clearing your cache and cookies.
