Potential bidders preparing to take a run at the multiple-award ILMS II IDIQ contract to support U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) efforts to deploy and sustain C5I systems aboard its vessels/cutters and at USCG shore facilities both CONUS and, as needed, OCONUS, will need to be patient a little bit longer.
DHS recently noted that the 8(a) set aside RFP for this 5-year multiple award requirement encompassing a range of support services that shall include C5I System Documentation Support; C4IT System Installation Support; C4IT System Engineering Change and Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Support; and C5I System Field Support including Preventive, Corrective, and Adaptive Maintenance Support, is now expected out in early May.
