Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (hereinafter called “LLNS”) is seeking sources to support the upgrade of its current on-premises Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (“HCM”) system to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Anticipated to be completed over a multi-year period through a phased approach, the project scope includes providing LLNS with professional services needed to integrate and deploy the HCM modules at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (“LLNL”), a Management & Operating (“M&O”) contractor for the Department of Energy’s (“DOE”) located in Livermore, CA.
The HCM modules licensed by LLNS may include Core Human Resource (HR), Talent/Performance management, Compensation management, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, and Payroll.
Only Subcontractors with considerable expertise and experience in complex Oracle Fusion HCM cloud implementations in a highly-matrix environment spanning multiple cross-functional teams, and who possess the necessary capabilities listed below will be considered.
- Experience with DOE, Department of Defense (DOD), or Federal/Gov’t contractors in implementing FedRAMP cloud-based solutions.
- Be an Oracle cloud service partner with implementation services expertise.
