The Customer and Contractor will work together to evaluate and select not fewer than 3 FAA‐ supported programs for consecutive pilot implementation. Examples of Programs include:
- Customs & Border Protection (CBP) Integrated Surveillance Towers (IST) Projects
- CBP IST Sustainment
- Infrastructure Construction and Overhaul
- Cab Glass Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
The Contractor will provide installation of selected Atlassian and, if indicated, third‐party applications into either:
- Fed‐RAMP authorized hosting environment
- Existing Customer‐owned data center environment
The Contractor will provide a library of pre‐existing, modular solution configurations (blueprints) to simplify and expedite implementation of prioritized programs, workflows, automation, and tasks into an Atlassian environment. Blueprint solutions will be available to support the following Industry Standards and Best Practices:
- Traditional Financial Processes
- Lean Portfolio Management
- Agile · Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Hybrid
- Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
