The Contractor shall provide support for the Product Engineering Services (PES) Line products and sustainment activities. Major work areas include administrative support, meeting support, capital planning and investment, communications, technical writing, configuration management, onboarding, functional analysis, testing, implementation management, release management, schedule support, strategic analysis, engineering and technical support.

The Contractor shall perform the following: The Contractor shall prepare and deliver a Contractor Program Management Plan (CPMP) that lays out the Contractor’s approach, timeline and tools to be used in execution of this TO effort.

The CPMP will describe the Contractor’s plans to support the OI&T PES Service Line products.  The CPMP shall detail how the resources shall support the maintenance and updating of all management artifacts.  The CPMP shall incorporate the tasks described in this PWS. The CPMP shall take the form of both a narrative and graphic format that displays the schedule, milestones, risks and resource support.

The CPMP shall also include how the Contractor shall coordinate and execute planned, routine, and ad hoc data collection reporting requests as identified within the PWS.  The Contractor shall identify an individual as the primary contact point for all programmatic issues/concerns/status.  The initial baseline CPMP shall be concurred upon by the VA Program Manager and updated in accordance with Section B of the TO.  The Contractor shall update and maintain the VA PLM approved CPMP throughout the period of performance …

The Period of Performance shall be a 12-month base period, with four 12-month option periods and one optional task, if exercised.
