The Contractor shall provide IT program management office (PMO) and technical support for the BAM Portfolio. The Contractor shall perform and execute the tasks at various levels to support Portfolio, Product Line, Program, and Project. Major work areas shall include project management, requirements management, implementation management, release management, schedule support, strategic analysis, Federal budget planning and investment support, engineering and technical support, communications, and administrative support.

The BAM portfolio currently manages the following development and operations & maintenance projects. Product Lines, Products and projects may be added to the BAM Portfolio throughout the life of this Task Order (TO):
