Trilogy Federal (Trilogy), a consulting services company, has entered into a Mentor-Protégé agreement with healthcare innovation firm, Ibility LLC.  The two companies have established a Joint Venture called Tribility, which combines Trilogy’s industry-leading services in Performance Transformation and Program Management, Financial Management and Systems Integration, and Information Technology with Ibility’s service offerings in Rapid Prototyping, Healthcare Strategy, Strategic Communications, Training and Change Management. Tribility is currently seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) status with the Small Business Administration.

Trilogy is led by founding partners, Matthew Magazu, Eric McNutt, PMP, CGFM, Mike Sotak, PMP, and Brandon Bridwell, who have successfully executed at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for over a combined 40 years. Ibility is led by co-founders Danielle Krakora, Army combat Veteran and VA innovation leader, and Ken Beecher, digital transformation expert, and govcon leader. Together their leadership, vision, and passion to serve veterans, families, caregivers, and survivors are central to Tribility’s strategy for growth at VA.

Trilogy has been providing VA with delivery excellence for over 12 years and currently supports 29 active VA contracts and manages approximately 250 VA-badged consultants across its VA portfolio. Trilogy also supports all three major VA modernization efforts: Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM), Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), and Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT). A key differentiator for Trilogy is the wide range of stakeholders they have supported at VA which enables them to provide a uniquely broad set of perspectives, experiences, and lessons learned across VA to which they intend to impart on Ibility over the course of their time in the Mentor-Protégé program.

Prior to starting Ibility, CEO, Danielle Krakora was a VA Office of Information and Technology (OIT) leader and Senior Innovation Fellow.  She developed successful pilot projects at VA and worked to scale them across the enterprise.  While working on a Salesforce implementation, she met Ken Beecher, a seasoned govcon leader with an impressive track record of enterprise delivery at scale for VA and other agencies.  Together they formed Ibility in May of 2021 and have been delivering excellence ever since. The firm currently has 8 active contracts and supports the Veterans Experience Office (VEO), several Veteran Benefits Administration (VBA) automation efforts, the Office of Healthcare Innovation and Learning (OHIL), and even NASA through the NOIS2 contract vehicle, to which they are a prime contractor.

Eric McNutt, Chief Operating Officer of Trilogy Federal, said, “After seeing the impressive start Ibility has had in the industry, we are excited to take on a mentor role and see all the doors it will open for both companies. Our strengths really complement each other, which is why a Trilogy and Ibility pairing just made sense”.

“Ibility is thankful to have friends like Trilogy we can learn from as we continue to grow into a veteran-serving powerhouse. Our Joint Venture, Tribility, is going to be one to watch in 2023 and I cannot wait to roll up my sleeves and get to work!” Danielle Krakora, CEO of Ibility, added.
