Ashley Owens is now identified as Senior Digital Acquisition Strategist with GSA Service Delivery. In this role Ashley will work with folks across GSA, to solve large, complex problems while promoting user-centered and iterative development methodologies and help structure contracts to support these modern software development approaches.
