This recent City of Philadelphia CIO, former urban planner, GIS analyst and app developer, and environmental educator, has taken on a new role with the GSA’s Technology Transformation Services (TTS).
Mark Wheeler is now identified as the Director with the General Services Administration’s Technology Transformation Services (TTS), Centers for Excellence in Data & Analytics. In this role Mark will serve as the consulting and delivery lead on transformative data analytics, data governance, and emerging AI solutions for federal agencies to advance their business objectives and improve customer services.
