Secret Service Sets Small Business Competition for Enterprise Cybersecurity Services

The U.S. Secret Service has forecast an Enterprise Cybersecurity Services competition, with a solicitation currently estimated for January 2027 and award anticipated in the second quarter of fiscal 2027.

The requirement is planned as a full small business set-aside through the GSA Schedule using a firm-fixed-price contract structure. The work will support the Secret Service information security program through a comprehensive range of IT security resources, including compliance, IT system security support services, and application support and integration. The forecast calls for a single contractor team operating under Government leadership and oversight.

DHS identifies Tria Federal (FavorTechConsulting, LLC) as the incumbent under contract/task order 75N98118D00012 / 70US0921F3OTH0138. USASpending data for the predecessor task order shows approximately $31 million obligated and a $33.2 million potential award value. The DHS forecast does not provide an estimated value for the planned competition.
