$30M+ DHS CISA NRMC Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Support recompete to go out as SB set-aside

Small business is taking note as it appears that this upcoming RFP to provide support to the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency National Risk Management Center (NRMC), which had previously been competed as unrestricted, is now identified as being a set-aside action for small business.

Last competed and awarded to Booz Allen Hamilton in 2020, the next iteration of this Supply Chain Risk Assessment contract to support the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) in its efforts to more effectively communicate certain identified supply chain risks posed by entities, hardware, software, services and as more holistic framing of critical elements are defined across national critical functions (NCFs) is expected to go out on GSA Schedule – NAICS 541690, sometime early next month.

Led by Mona Harrington, who was selected to lead the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in September of 2022, this center (formerly known as the Office of Cyber and Infrastructure Analysis), was established in 2018 to serve as the nation’s center for critical infrastructure risk analysis. NRMC provides critical analytical support to CISA’s mission to understand, manage, and reduce risk to the cyber and physical infrastructure Americans rely on every day.

Details on the prior Supply Chain Risk Assessment contract and spend to date can be found here. This contract, which was last competed on GSA Alliant, drew 5 bidders.
