Zolon Wins DHS Digital Application Support Services Contract

We are proud to announce that Zolon PCS has been awarded the Department of Homeland Security’s Digital Application Support Services contract under the ADaPTS 2.0 BPA.

Our team will support the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN), Web Content Management as a Service (WCMaaS), and FEMA’s Digital Communication Platform. These platforms connect homeland security professionals, enable collaboration across agencies, and deliver critical information to the public.

Our work spans secure website and application development, iOS and Android mobile applications, text messaging services, enterprise integrations, content management, analytics, accessibility, and user support. We will also support emergency and disaster operations through timely content updates, digital communications, application enhancements, and technical troubleshooting to help keep essential information and services available when communities need them most.

Zolon brings extensive experience delivering secure digital services at scale, including managing more than 1,400 Department of Defense websites across diverse missions and organizations. We will apply that experience to strengthen DHS’s shared services and deliver reliable, accessible digital experiences across web and mobile channels.

From everyday operations to disaster response, our focus is dependable technology that helps people collaborate, access information, and act when it matters most.

Thank you to our employees and partners whose expertise and dedication made this achievement possible. We are honored to support DHS and FEMA’s vital missions.
