We are honored to announce that THUNDERYARD SOLUTIONS has been selected to support the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Information and Technology in delivering the Health Applications Platform Services (HAPS) mission. HAPS is a cloud-hosted infrastructure and platform services environment within the VA Enterprise Cloud. It provides secure, scalable hosting for more than 300 applications and services that deliver capabilities to over 250,000 VA staff and millions of Veterans each month. Our team will deliver engineering, operations, monitoring, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity support required to sustain the platform 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The work includes platform architecture and maintenance, incident management, site reliability engineering, and Risk Management Framework and Authority to Operate support across a multi-tenant environment that includes Telehealth, Scheduling, Digital Health, and Health Service Mesh products.
