Space Systems Command has announced an Industry Day ahead of a forthcoming solicitation for continued operations, sustainment and analytical support of the Systems Warfighting Architecture Navigator/BOP capability.
SWAN/BOP is a classified, Special Access Program-level decision-support capability used by Department of the Air Force and U.S. Space Force leadership to assess and prioritize resourcing and architecture decisions supporting the Program Objective Memorandum cycle.
The planned scope includes operations, maintenance and sustainment; mission thread analysis; decision support and portfolio analysis; agile software development; and training.
The Government anticipates a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
Participation in the Industry Day and access to the Draft PWS and related materials require at least a TOP SECRET facility clearance. Qualified vendors may also request one-on-one sessions with the Government.
For cleared contractors with capabilities in classified software sustainment, mission analysis, portfolio decision support and agile software development, the Industry Day provides an opportunity to evaluate the requirement ahead of the planned solicitation.
