After nearly 12 years at Aveshka in a variety of roles, today was my last day. During my tenure, the company has undergone seismic changes. When I joined Aveshka in March 2012, I was employee 20 and Aveshka was a small business. As I depart Aveshka in February 2024, it is a thriving, mid-sized business, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Softtek, a global technology services provider. (Incidentally, my family has undergone some big changes during this time too – when I joined Aveshka, my youngest child was one, but now he’s 13 and six feet tall) …
