A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) is seeking a strategic partner interested in forming a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (MPJV) to pursue Federal contracts. Our firm is seeking a large business partner with a heavy focus on, DOW, DHS, and/or HHS.

- Past Performances and CPARS with DOW, NATO, DOT, HHS, and a dozen State and Local clients
- Top Secret Facility Clearance with CMMC Level 2 Certification
- Strong capabilities in C5ISR, Mission Support, Transportation, Grants Management, and Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS)
- A leadership team with deep experience in Public Sector consulting and management across multiple markets
- Deep OCONUS experience through five separate NATO prime contract vehicles
- Prime contractor on GSA MAS (541611, 54151S), OASIS+ (SB and SDVOSB), SEWP VI, MDA SHEILD, Navy SeaPort, and several State and Local contract vehicles
- SBA-certified SDVOSB status
We are seeking a partner with the following:
- Hold large A&AS contracts and are looking for a small business partner with deep OCONUS experience
- Recently graduated out of small business status or will graduate soon
- Large past performances and CPARS within DOW, HHS, and/or DHS
- Collaborative leadership who are seeking a long-term partner
