Verve and Noridian Launch Sentry Healthcare Solutions JV to Tackle Government Health Programs

A new joint venture, bringing together two experienced players in federal health, has officially launched and it is one that may quickly draw attention across the government healthcare landscape.

Sentry Healthcare Solutions has been formed through a partnership between Verve and Noridian Healthcare Solutions. The new entity is designed to deliver customizable operational and strategic solutions that support federal and state health plan programs nationwide.

The collaboration brings together decades of experience delivering healthcare and professional services to government agencies. By combining complementary capabilities, Sentry aims to help agencies navigate complex healthcare delivery environments while improving operational performance and alignment with mission priorities.

A key element of the venture is the federal positioning it creates. Verve is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, strengthening Sentry’s ability to support agencies seeking experienced partners that also advance veteran-owned participation in federal programs. The company is led by longtime Veteran Patient Advocate Penny Aktepy and Federal Health growth and operations leader Swami Swaminathan, a leadership team that has already been driving notable momentum across the federal health market.

Verve has recently added a series of wins supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, including contracts focused on suicide prevention, data analysis, and technical training and assistance services. Those efforts build on the firm’s broader expertise across training, healthcare compliance and policy, medical record review, cybersecurity governance for SaaS environments, analytics and reporting, IT modernization, and program integrity.

Noridian brings its own deep experience to the partnership, including extensive work supporting one of the nation’s largest rural provider networks. That experience adds important scale and operational perspective to Sentry’s delivery model, particularly for programs that must balance national oversight with the realities of diverse local healthcare ecosystems.

Notably, Noridian was recently recognized as a 2026 Elev8 GovCon honoree, an award that highlights companies demonstrating excellence in leadership, culture, and mission execution across the federal contracting sector. The recognition reflects organizations that not only deliver effective solutions but also build cultures that attract talent, strengthen partnerships, and sustain long-term performance in one of the most competitive markets in the world.

Through Sentry, the two organizations are introducing a “Partnership for Success” delivery model that emphasizes innovation, operational excellence, and strong program alignment. The joint venture is built on a deep understanding of federal security, governance, and budget requirements, positioning the team to support agencies seeking scalable and mission-aligned healthcare solutions.

With Verve’s SDVOSB status, Noridian’s operational reach, and leadership teams already gaining traction across federal health programs, Sentry Healthcare Solutions enters the market with a strong foundation and a clear focus on supporting government health initiatives nationwide.

For those tracking momentum in the federal health sector, this is a partnership that may quickly become one to watch.
