J3, a trusted federal partner specializing in technology modernization, program management, and digital transformation, announced it has been awarded two new contracts with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Mission Area and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
The first award supports the Program Activities Management Solutions (PAMS) initiative, where J3 will provide comprehensive program management, analytics, and performance reporting support to help FPAC strengthen program effectiveness and mission delivery.
The second award expands J3’s work through the Esri Project Coordination and Support for the NRCS Mobile Tool, in partnership with Risen One, a technology integration and digital services partner. This project focuses on optimizing mobile and geospatial technologies that enable NRCS conservationists to collect and manage vital data in the field—empowering more efficient, data-driven conservation outcomes.
“J3 is proud to renew our support across multiple USDA FPAC NRCS projects, strengthening our long-standing partnership and advancing NRCS’s vital mission to conserve, protect, and sustain America’s natural resources,” said Jennie Jones Ledford, CEO of J3.
These contract wins reaffirm J3’s commitment to helping USDA modernize critical systems, enhance data transparency, and deliver innovative, mission-centered solutions that support America’s farmers, ranchers, and conservation professionals.
