Technology executive Jason Williamson recently joined ICF as senior vice president of growth for digital modernization and experience. In this newly created position, Jason will significantly strengthen and expand ICF’s growth function to position the company as a formidable leader in the federal digital modernization space. He will lead business development and growth to deliver ICF’s unique combination of deep domain expertise, leading-edge technology solutions and advanced analytics to expand the company’s reach and impact with federal clients and position them to secure larger federal technology and mission contracts.
“Jason is joining ICF at a pivotal moment as we continue the integration of several key technology acquisitions made over the last three years and build the foundation for continued growth,” said Jean Claude Chidiac, chief growth officer for digital modernization and experience. “He will play an integral role in delivering on our technology growth strategy in 2024 and beyond.”
Jason brings 25+ years of experience building client markets, leading successful captures, driving revenue growth, and overseeing quality delivery. Most recently, he was instrumental in business development and growth activities in the federal civilian sector, enabling successful capture of large technology opportunities focused on software factory, low-code/no-code, cloud/infrastructure, cyber, big data and managed services. He also managed and led the deployment of firmwide capture and proposal teams, and managed the evolution of growth tools.

Jason is a U.S. Air Force veteran and has a B.S. in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
