Armed with perspective gained over 35 years of IRS service, I have served in a variety of high profile leadership and frontline roles: Director of Digitization, Chief of Workforce Planning, (precise staffing, delivering balanced level of service goals and optimized budgeting), this leader takes on a new role.
Jim Hannas is now listed as Manager Strategic Initiatives with General Dynamics Information Technology.
Jim most recently served as the Digitalization Director (for Taxpayer Services), providing leadership to develop and implement solutions for digitizing the intake and systemic processing of +100 million annual paper receipts, in partnership with the IT Digitalization Director. Jim subsequently led efforts to provide detailed business requirements for the strategic implementation of IRS’ Zero Paper Initiative.
