Dayton, OH – FastRope, a GovCon teaming accelerator founded in 2009, today announced its relaunch under a new leadership partnership between founder and first FastRoper David Hart, CEO, and Rachel Maki, COO. The relaunch marks a new chapter for the organization as it expands its role in helping government contracting professionals connect, collaborate, and pursue winning opportunities together.
Established in 2009, FastRope has grown into a highly engaged community with hundreds of active members who meet across four time zones to share market intelligence, needs, and leads, and to identify opportunities to team and win work. The organization has become a trusted resource within the government contracting ecosystem for professionals seeking relevant connections and actionable insight.

In parallel with the relaunch announcement, FastRope also announced a partnership with the Digital Transformation Center (DTC), powered by University of Dayton Research Institute (UDRI), which will serve as the organization’s home base in Dayton. The DTC is positioned as a collaborative hub where industry, academia, and government come together to spark innovation and advance digital transformation initiatives. The center is in Dayton and is powered by the UDRI.
