Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC (WRPS) requests proposals for “Support for Procurement Services.” The requested work is in support of WRPS’s Prime Contract DE-AC27-08RV14800 with the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of River Protection.
If you are interested in doing business with WRPS we encourage you to register your company & update your information periodically. The more complete and current your company’s information is in our database, the more visible your company is to WRPS and their ongoing projects. CPCO, HMIS & WRPS all share a vendor database. If you have done business with one of those prime contractors, then you have already registered in the vendor database with WRPS.
Scope
Provide consulting services, including the appropriate assessments and development of recommendations for possible improvements to the strategic sourcing agreements, procurement procedures and processes.
Coordinate reviews within the Procurement Department as well as other stakeholders to revise and implement changes to achieve procurement procedure updates and process improvements.
This may include, but not limited to:
- Reviews of P-Card Process and Transactions
- Small business Process and requirements to include recommended process improvements
- Procurement Qualification Cards and Training requirements to include revised qual cards and training to incorporate new procurement requirements.
- Procurement System reviews to recommend improvements to the Procurement Department efficiency and effectiveness.
- Recommended changes/updates and other updates to incorporate new requirements for the Procurement Department Procedures
