Chickasaw Nation Industries (CNI) is pleased to announce the acquisition of SNR Systems, LLC, a specialized communications and network engineering company supporting mission-critical defense and national security customers.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Frederick, Maryland, SNR brings deep expertise in secure communications, network modernization, engineering, systems integration, and advanced IP/MPLS technologies. The acquisition expands CNI Federal Services’ technical capabilities and creates new opportunities to bring SNR’s expertise to CNI’s broader federal customer base.

With 30 years of federal contracting experience, approximately 1,400 employees, and active support to more than 35 federal agencies, CNI brings additional scale and resources to support SNR’s continued growth.
