Air Force Opens RFI for Classified JWAC Supply Chain Modeling and Analysis

The Air Force is conducting market research for supply chain modeling, analysis and software support for the Joint Warfare Analysis Center.

The requirement calls for subject matter expertise in supply chain analysis and modeling, along with customization of supply chain tools and databases used to model supply chain networks and infrastructure. The software environment is expected to provide visualization, analytics, functional decomposition, databases and supporting technical information.

This is a highly cleared requirement. Contractor personnel would be required to possess TS/SCI/SAP access at the start of performance, and the supply chain modeling software must operate on classified networks such as JWICS without reliance on internet access or external servers. Performance would be onsite at Naval Support Activity Dahlgren.

The Air Force anticipates a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a one-year base period and four option years. The Government has not identified a contract value or set-aside strategy.

Companies with a valid Top Secret Facility Security Clearance and relevant supply chain modeling software and subject matter expertise can receive access to the classified requirement for further review. JWAC may also hold a classified industry day as part of the market research.

This RFI should be of interest to cleared modeling and simulation, supply chain analytics, data analytics and software firms with capabilities that can operate in TS/SCI/SAP environments.
