U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is expected to release a new $100 million-plus competition supporting intelligence operations for its Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) organization. Planned for competition on OASIS+, the requirement is expected to be released in December 2026 and represents a new requirement supporting intelligence operations nationwide.
According to the forecast, the contractor will provide professional intelligence support to ERO Overwatch and National Security Enforcement (ERO ONE), including all-source intelligence analysis, intelligence reporting, threat and trend analysis, network and relationship analysis, intelligence product development, briefing support, and field intelligence support for headquarters and field organizations across the United States.
Beyond providing cleared intelligence analysts, the contractor will be responsible for program management, workforce oversight, staffing coordination, transition support, quality control, performance monitoring, and delivery of intelligence products in accordance with Government priorities. The forecast states the effort will be structured as a non-personal services contract, with contractor personnel remaining under contractor management while supporting Government-defined mission requirements.
The forecast also indicates that personnel supporting the requirement are expected to require Top Secret clearances with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), subject to the final solicitation. The opportunity is expected to use a firm-fixed-price contract structure and carries an estimated value of more than $100 million.
