The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing 2-Star Level strategic planning and executive writing, research and analysis support to the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) Strategic Plan, the Army Strategic Education Program-Command (ASEP-C) and the Commander’s Planning Group (CPG) at Fort Eisenhower, Georgia.
The U.S. Government desires to procure Strategic Planning Services on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this source sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside.
