Noblis beats out 8 to win $309M US Navy Network Integration Engineering Facility C4ISR support IDIQ

Noblis, a nonprofit science and technology organization, specializing in national security, analytics, and transportation (and which is also a 2026 Elev8 GovCon honoree),
is being awarded a 5-year single-award IDIQ contract (N66001-26-D-0008), with an estimated value of $309,001,623, to provide management, basic research, end-to-end system design, prototype development, systems engineering, integration, environmental qualification testing, production, software loading, government acceptance testing and pre-installation test and checkout, deployment and life cycle support of command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems for the Network Integration Engineering Facility.

Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed in July 2031. Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
