Healthcare AI platform Innovaccer has acquired CaduceusHealth as it expands its push into AI-driven revenue cycle management for ambulatory care providers and health systems.
CaduceusHealth supports nearly 4,000 providers and manages approximately $5 billion in gross patient charges annually for organizations including Adventist Health, Orlando Health, and Englewood Health. Innovaccer said the acquisition will strengthen its “Flow by Innovaccer” platform by combining AI automation with human revenue cycle management expertise across scheduling, patient engagement, billing, claims, and denial management.
The company described the move as a major step toward building a full-stack autonomous revenue cycle platform for healthcare organizations.
