Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), an information technology business which designs best-in-class solutions that facilitate the rapid delivery of software-based warfare capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD).is awarded a 5 year $96M contract for a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase III effort entitled, “Paladin.”
This contract provides for conducting advanced Automated Test and Re-Test (ATRT) SBIR enterprise capabilities and advanced ATRT technology development to assist in the execution of the Navy’s ATRT Commercialization Plan into Programs of Record. This includes applying ATRT technologies to conduct advanced test and evaluation of artificial intelligence (AI) applications from traditional and nontraditional companies prior to adoption into Navy programs. It further includes modifying and advancing ATRT technologies and products by incorporating AI. This may include partnering with AI companies to incorporate their algorithms, data models and applications into the ATRT environment.
