The CDCA Strategic Business Industry Outreach Initiative (SBIOI) brings government and industry together in a collaborative forum to discuss the most pressing challenges facing the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) today. Each event convenes over 500 professionals to share insights, explore emerging initiatives, and build relationships that carry forward throughout the year.

Originally launched as the Small Business Industry Outreach Initiative (SBIOI) Symposium, the SBIOI continues to prioritize opportunities for small and emerging businesses while fostering collaboration across large and established companies. These events serve as a launching point for topics, partnerships, and initiatives that evolve into actionable insights at the Eastern Defense Summit (EDS) and beyond.
