DoD RFP: ESI Microsoft Enterprise Services II (Small Business)

Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI), is soliciting offers under Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N66001-24-R-0048 as a small business set-aside for enterprise support and engineering services for Microsoft products and Microsoft cloud services (MES II – Small Business). These services will be made available to the DoD, Intelligence Community (IC) and U.S. Coast Guard (hereafter referred to collectively as the “DoD” within this document). The Government also intends to issue a sole source contract to Microsoft Corporation enabling it to directly provide proactive and enhanced services for Microsoft products and cloud services that require direct access to its proprietary source code and/or “Blue Badge” employees for resolving a variety of functional and operational requirements.
