The Department of Homeland Security Office of the CIO has awarded Palantir a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide its commercial software licenses, maintenance, and implementation services department wide. This 5-year contract has a ceiling value of $1 Billion dollars. This contract was not competed.
