The saga continues, the third time was not the charm as, nearly 4 months after VA announced its new award decision, the agency has announced that they are going back to the drawing board.
It is unclear what the next steps are, but VA has officially canceled the award. This move comes on the heels of a string of protests being filed with GAO that raise concerns about this important VICCS task order.
