The U.S. Army is conducting market research for Cybersecurity Engineering and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) support services for the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). The requirement supports ATC’s mission to conduct developmental and operational testing across a broad range of military systems and infrastructure.
The contractor will provide RMF analysis, cybersecurity engineering, ATO support, configuration management support, security control implementation and assessment, continuous monitoring, and vulnerability management activities for multiple ATC environments, including the ATC LAN, Logically Isolated Network, Secure Test Environment, and Test and Evaluation Network. Additional support includes DISA STIG compliance, security architecture analysis, ICD 503 support for Top Secret systems, and participation in technical review and control boards. The effort is structured as a long-term firm-fixed-price requirement with a one-year base period and four option years. The notice was issued as an 8(a) sole-source sources sought request and includes SECRET facility clearance and RMF-certified workforce requirements.
