The U.S. Coast Guard is forecasting a $10M+ new requirement for program management, analytical services and advanced IT support for the Coast Guard Personnel Service Center.
The requirement combines program and management support with custom business application development and business process automation. The technology scope includes development, deployment and sustainment of applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, as well as Python and Human Resources software.
The contractor would also provide Robotic Process Automation, performance management, strategic planning, process improvement, change coordination, reporting, knowledge management, meeting facilitation and documentation. The forecast calls for planning and analytical support led by PMP-certified personnel.
The requirement is planned as a full small-business set-aside through OASIS+ using a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The forecast identifies this as a new requirement.
DHS currently anticipates releasing the solicitation in February 2027, with award expected in the third quarter of FY2027 and contract completion in June 2032.
