Matt Candy shared: I’m excited to share that I have acquired Avanco International and will be serving as President & CEO.
After more than three decades helping organizations support government missions through technology, innovation, and exceptional teams, I’m excited to begin this next chapter and help build the future of Avanco around mission impact, customer success, and long-term growth.
What attracted me most to Avanco was the quality of the team, the trust the company has earned from its customers, and the meaningful impact its solutions have on programs that serve children, families, and communities.
Avanco specializes in enterprise case management solutions, human services technology, data analytics, Oracle technologies, and application modernization & managed services. Through its CAPS platform and related services, the company supports child welfare and human services programs across the majority of Pennsylvania counties.
My immediate priorities are straightforward: support our customers, invest in our employees, strengthen our technology capabilities, and position the company for sustainable long-term growth.
Technology plays an important role in helping government agencies improve outcomes for the people they serve, and I look forward to building on Avanco’s strong foundation in the years ahead.
