The requirement is to provide support of the United States Army Cadet Command (USACC), Fort Knox, KY for information technology support services to be performed at Fort Knox, KY and eight brigades around the country. It provides personnel, expertise, and skills required to augment USACC’s Senior and Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps mission. It includes support at all echelons of Cadet Command. This three-month bridge will include the option for a six-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
On 26 November 2024, an updated requirement package was received for W9124D25R0077. This requirement package is being executed and a solicitation for the full follow-on action for C4IM is due to be issued on 29 January 2025. This requirement will be issued through the same CHESS ITES-3 suite as W9124D21F0552 and all WOSB contract holders will have a fair opportunity to compete for the full follow-on requirement. The award of this full follow-on task order is anticipated no later than the end of April 2025.
Because the full follow-on action will not be awarded until after the expiration of the current C4IM task order, a short, 3-month sole source bridge task order is necessary. In the interest of economy and efficiency, a sole source award to the current incumbent, Vencedor Technologies, LLC for this short period of performance is justified. The sole source award’s period of performance is limited in duration to the minimum period of time necessary to secure a full follow-on task order.
