Ibility welcomes newest team member, Yessenia Castillo, DrPH(c), MPH, PMP, as Vice President at Ibility.

Yessie brings a wealth of experience and expertise in public health, including an impressive education. She is currently working on her Doctor of Public Health with a concentration in Diverse Populations and Health Equity and has a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology.  Throughout her career, Yessie has been dedicated to program evaluation and implementation, mental health, and suicide prevention. Her work has been instrumental in initiatives like the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Creating Options for Veteran’s Expedited Recovery (COVER) Commission and the President’s Roadmap to Prevent a National Tragedy of Suicide (PREVENTS). With extensive experience in service delivery, Yessie later transitioned into Business Development, successfully developing new accounts with a focus on public health, behavioral health, and healthcare transformation with agencies such as U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), United States Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, and U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

At Ibility, Yessie aims to continue her success by building and expanding our health-focused projects. A passionate mentor and advocate for professional development, she is committed to training and nurturing our team members, from interns to full-time employees, while implementing SOPs to reduce administrative burdens.  See the news here.
