OS Take: This 2026 Elev8[X] Finalist continues to make big move after big move.

Ghostwerks LLC (Ghostwerks), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in engineering support, mission readiness, and advanced technology solutions, announced today its approval into the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Program. As part of this strategic milestone, Ghostwerks has formally partnered with SysNet Technologies, Inc. (SysNet) as its SBA-approved mentor.

The SBA Mentor-Protégé Program is designed to enhance the capabilities of small businesses by pairing them with experienced government contractors to provide business development guidance, technical assistance, and contracting support. Through this partnership, Ghostwerks will leverage SysNet’s extensive experience in federal contracting, program execution, and scalable infrastructure to accelerate growth and expand its impact across defense and civilian agencies.

“Being approved for the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program is pivotal for advancing our cybersecurity expertise,” said Richard Green, Founder of Ghostwerks. “Our partnership with SysNet empowers us to rapidly strengthen our cybersecurity offerings, equipping us to address evolving threats and deliver robust, mission-critical solutions for our federal clients.”

SysNet brings a strong track record of delivering critical infrastructure protection and cybersecurity support services across the Department of War and federal agencies. With over 26 years of experience supporting the Federal Aviation Administration’s National Airspace Systems, SysNet has demonstrated enduring excellence in complex, mission-critical environments. Currently, their team also provides advanced cybersecurity solutions to the U.S. Air Force, further showcasing their expertise in protecting sensitive operations. As a mentor, SysNet will support Ghostwerks in strengthening operational maturity, refining capture and proposal strategies, and expanding access to larger and more complex contract opportunities.

“Ghostwerks is a high-performing, mission-driven organization with strong leadership and a clear vision for growth,” said Dolly Davidson, Vice President of Corporate Growth at SysNet. “We are proud to support their development through the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program and look forward to building a successful, long-term partnership.”

The Mentor-Protégé relationship will focus on enhancing Ghostwerks’ capabilities in cybersecurity, program management, and digital transformation and enhances Ghostwerks’ ability to compete for more complex opportunities.

This partnership further positions Ghostwerks to pursue joint venture opportunities, increase competitiveness in full-and-open and set-aside procurements, and continue delivering innovative, agile solutions to government clients.
