Scope: The focus of the predecessor contract was to provide “mission-critical Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services for the financial system of record for six (6) DHS components including; United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Science and Technology (S&T), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Office of Health Affairs (OHA), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), and OHS Management (MGMT).” 

The forecast states that for the next iteration of this contract, the “contractor shall provide technical services to support the continuous and efficient operations of FFMS and O&M support services for ICE and its serviced components. The contractor shall collaborate with ICE/OCIO and OCFO to implement all agreed upon governance and other applicable processes to define the appropriate service level and other service requirements. The contractor shall provide development, testing, and implementation of new code into the FFMS codebase to resolve identified defects or to enhance the FFMS functionality. Tier III is the software technical team that shall provide support coverage for FFMS in investigating reported technical system-related issues.”
