Included here is another protest denial decision from GAO for the $1B ACME BPA in which the challenger argued that the agency failed to conduct a reasonable best-value tradeoff.

Contract Award: $25M DHA Web and Mobile Technology Sustainment support
This 8(a) small business was recently awarded an 18-month contract in support of the Defense Health Agency J6 Solutions Resource Management Branch (SRMB).
