One more protest has been filed with the Court of Federal Claims today by CSE Vets and VA Technology Innovation –  See the full list of protestors below.

We at OS AI do not speculate, however, this interview with government contract attorney Jim Dougherty (Listen Here) detailed the rationale for why we saw all of the GAO protests (see the full list below) dismissed or withdrawn as the government awaits a ruling from the Courts, with many of the GAO protestors moving their challenges to the Courts. This does not preclude these challengers from filing a new protest with GAO in the future.

Court protestors are included below and you can scroll below for the full list of GAO protestors.

Two more filed today from Peregrine Digital Services and CSE VETS

  2. GovCon JD

These cases will be consolidated and all GAO protests will be dismissed as this COFC action should take precedence

  3. John H

GovCIO filed a motion to intervene in this case.

  4. John H

At least one more COFC protest this morning – it is just the beginning.

  5. John H

I am hearing that at least three more were withdrawn today. It is all going to come down to what the Court says.
