2024 December 12 – DHS ICE Law Enforcement Systems and Analysis (LESA) Virtual Industry Day and One-on-One Sessions

As part of the RFI process, the government intends to host a virtual industry briefing via Microsoft Teams on 12/12/2024 from 9:00am to 11:00am Eastern Time (ET). Virtual one-on-one sessions will be scheduled for the following day 12/13/2024. The objective for hosting this briefing and one-on-one sessions is to further stimulate interest in the LESA program and answer questions to assist in preparation of capabilities statements prior to their due date. Any information received from industry as a result of the briefing will be used for market research to include determining if any small business set aside opportunities exist, procurement strategy, and allowing interested companies to network for potential teaming arrangements. 2024 December 12 – Department of State (DoS) Virtual FY25 Q1 Industry Day

The Department of State (DoS) Global Acquisition (A/GA) announces its FY25 Q1 Industry Day hosted by the Industry Liaison on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 2:00 ET.

2024 December 17 – USAID Pre-Solicitation Conference (GSA MAS SBs) for Analytical Services V

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will be hosting a virtual Pre-Solicitation Conference on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 2:00PM EST to 4:00PM EST to introduce the upcoming Analytical Services V (ASV) program. This is anticipated to be a small business set aside utilizing NAICS code 541611 under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Program (MAS), a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.4 Federal Supply Schedule. GSA MAS Small Business contract holders are invited to attend and provide feedback. Eligible businesses will receive an email with a link to the virtual meeting location as well as where they can register to attend. Advance registration is required.

USAID anticipates awarding two (2) contracts through MAS to support ASV over a period of five years, subject to the availability of funds. During this pre-solicitation conference, USAID will describe the ASV scope of work, discuss lessons learned from previous analytical services programs, and take questions and comments regarding the ASV scope of work and the procurement process.

2025 January 7 – US Army PEO IEW&S MATOC – AIS@P Industry Day

In pursuit of a collaborative and transparent procurement process, ACC-APG and PEO IEW&S are releasing this Draft RFP to industry for review and comment. This proactive approach will enable the incorporation of valuable industry insights and feedback, ultimately leading to a more effective and efficient solicitation.

At this time, only the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is being made available for review. Additional details, including instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, evaluation phases, basis for award, and small business set-aside information, will be provided in a forthcoming amendment to this posting, anticipated to be released within the next two weeks.

ACC-APG and PEO IEW&S plan to proactively release the majority of relevant information for industry review and comment in advance of the scheduled Industry Day on January 7th, 2025, to facilitate informed dialogue and maximize the value of the event.

2025 January 9 – ARPA-H ImagiNg Data EXchange (INDEX) Proposers’ Day

The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) posts this Special Notice to alert the potential proposer community to the ImagiNg Data EXchange (INDEX) Program. ARPA-H will host a Proposers’ Day on January 9, 2025 and the event will allow for both in-person and virtual participation.  The event is intended to facilitate teaming, foster a greater understanding of the INDEX Program, and provide information related to the INDEX Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO).

2025 January 10 – Air Force Modeling and Simulation Support Services (AFMS3) 3.0

The contractor shall support government organizations, personnel, and mission partners in all functions associated with delivering specialized operational and technical assistance to develop, maintain, sustain, and enhance M&S capabilities. This includes providing expertise in M&S architecture, ensuring interoperability, maintaining cybersecurity, courseware development, and enhancing training systems and simulations to improve operational readiness and effectiveness.
