2024 – April 26 – NSWC Indian Head Division 2024 Command Wide Industry Day
NSWC Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is hosting its 2024 Command Wide Industry Day on Friday, April 26th at the CSM Velocity Center in Indian Head, Maryland. This event is a great opportunity for current and potential Industry partners (Small and Large) to gain insights into NSWC IHD’s mission and learn of future opportunities to collaborate with us.
2024 April 30 – DHS OSDBU to host HBCU/MI virtual Vendor Outreach Matchmaking Session
In support of Small Business Week the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization will be hosting an inaugural large to small business and HBCU/MI virtual Vendor Outreach Matchmaking Session on April 30, 2024. We have about 20 large businesses registered but are seeking more. In addition to small businesses we are also seeking #hbcu and #minorityinstitutions to participate.
2024 May 1 – DHS CISA Chief of Contracting Office (COCO) Biannual FY24 Industry Day
The purpose of the event is to provide Industry updates on known FY24 CISA procurements and projected FY25 procurements. There will also be an opportunity for question and answers with CISA COCO Contracting Officers.
2024 May 2 – DOL OSDBU Conversations with Cal. “Conversations with Cal”
The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization will host another iteration of Conversations with Cal. “Conversations with Cal” involves interviews between acting OSDBU director Calvin Mitchell and stakeholders from the small business community. This listen-only style event intends to provide perspectives and insight on small business contracting and related topics from various points of view.
2024 May 6-8 – ACF GCS Advance Planning for Briefing for Industry
Administration for Children and Families GCS seeks to expand the industrial base of vendors able to support ACF’s twenty-one (21) program offices. The purpose of this event is to provide industry partners with a roadmap of potential contracting opportunities that are aligned with each respective organization specifically focusing on Fiscal Years 2024–2025. Additionally, this provides industry with strategic planning opportunities to adjust their future planning objectives based on the potential needs of ACF.
2024 – May 14 – 16th Annual Law Enforcement & Public Safety Forum 2024: Protection Through Prevention Empowered by Advanced Technologies
This year’s Law Enforcement and Public Safety (LEAPS) Technology Forum will focus on Protection Through Prevention Empowered by Advanced Technologies. Key focus areas will include cyber resilience, data, artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing. Keynote speakers will share valuable insights and expert perspectives, panel discussions and roundtables will provide a forum for engaging and interactive dialog, and industry participants will show how they can introduce innovations to their government clients.
2024 May 14 – Transformational Insights from the IRS Office of Procurement
This event will preview major enterprise-wide acquisitions planned for this fiscal year and beyond as the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) modernizes Procurement across IRS. There will also be a panel discussion detailing Procurement Operations’ support for the IRS’s Transformation & Strategy Roadmap; the future vision for the office; and how industry can support the agency achieve its objectives.
2024 May 14 – GSA FEDERAL DIGITAL EXPERIENCE INDUSTRY DAY – Implementation and Acquisition Lessons Learned
Join OIT’s Digital Services Expert, Mr. Mark Junda, as he joins a panel with other federal agencies to discuss delivering a digital-first public experience and share what they’ve done in this space that has worked well, not worked well, and lessons learned.
2024 May 15 – Women Tech Leaders Summit
Leading women across federal technology discuss the programs and initiatives that are advancing the government mission. This event will address topics such as recruiting challenges and innovative technology that’s impacting the federal IT landscape. Hear from leaders tackling some of government’s most critical IT challenges and how they’ll impact the next generation of federal technologists.
2024 May 19–21- Emerging Technology & Innovation Conference – Connecting Frontiers: Building the Digital Future
This conference will provide each registrant with new ideas, trends, innovative technology solutions, practical guidance, new advancements, and much more. 2024 May 21 – VA 2024 Vendor Outreach – Industry Day
The Department of Veterans Affairs Revenue Operations Consolidated Patient Account Center [CPAC] intends to host an Industry Day on Tuesday, 5/21/2024. The purpose of Industry Day is to allow interested businesses to exchange their capabilities in healthcare revenue cycle management services and technologies.
Areas of interest include patient accounts management [i.e., account follow-up, denials management, payment validation] and revenue cycle processes such as obtaining pre-certification/authorization from commercial health insurance and automation of scanning/importing medical records.
2024 May 29 – FDA Women-Owned Small Business Fair
The event will include a hybrid morning speaker session followed by in-person matchmaking meetings and large business partnering. After the hybrid morning session, women-owned small business representatives will be able to meet one-on-one with FDA Project Officers, Technical Leads, and Contracting Officers to discuss upcoming requirements. Representatives will also be able to meet with large business representatives regarding subcontracting and partnering opportunities.
2024 May 29-30 – CMS Health Equity Conference
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will host its second CMS Health Equity Conference on May 29-30, 2024. The free, hybrid conference will be held in person at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Bethesda, Maryland, and available online for virtual participation.
CMS looks forward to convening health equity leaders from federal and local agencies, health provider organizations, academia, community-based organizations, and others to sustain health equity through action. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to hear from CMS leadership on recent developments and updates to CMS programs; explore the latest health equity research; discuss promising practices and creative solutions; and collaborate on community engagement strategies. The Call for Proposals will open in January 2024, and registration will open in Spring 2024.

2024 May 30 – PSC’s FedHealth Conference
Topics to be covered at this upcoming event include AI and FedHealth: The State of Play and Roadmap for the Future; What to Expect in FedHealth Procurement; and will include a look at what the CMS Office of Minority Health is doing to promote health equity and improve health outcomes within CMS programs.
2024 June 5 – CMS – Looking Ahead at CCIIO for FY 2025 and Beyond – IT and Non-IT Focus
In collaboration with the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) – Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) this leader will feature government leaders delving into the roadmap, by providing insights on policies, operational priorities and upcoming procurements at this event.
2024 June 6 – Health Innovation Summit 2024
The focus of this year’s Summit will be new healthcare technologies, innovative products and tools, use of AI in various components of the healthcare system, partnership and collaboration to improve the health ecosystem, and much more – with all of these components addressing the main question of : How Innovation and Innovative Technology Can Improve Patient and Provider Experience.
This year’s Summit is being done in collaboration with HIMSS National and HIMSS National Capital Area Chapter.
2024 June 10 – Engage FedGov: AI, Automation, Acquisition, Data and Digital Transformation
This event will recognize the 2024 Engage Federal Citizen Services Honorees and will focus on ways different Federal organizations and leaders are empowering and changing how government and industry can work together to meet these emerging needs, with the end goal of making a real and measurable impact.
2024 June 12 – AI FedLab
The AI FedLab is an interactive event for the federal IT community to learn about and tackle current challenges facing government. Attendees will conceptualize and share ideas around the state of AI and where it’s headed to support evolving strategies.
2024 June 18 – FDA-ODT: New Acquisition Strategy, IT Operating Plan & Implementation Plan
Senior Executive Leaders from the FDA’s Office of Digital Transformation and the FDA Centers will explore the details of FDA’s new Acquisition Strategy, IT Operating Plan, and Implementation Plan, marking the next phase of the overall One FDA IT Strategy for Fiscal Years 2024-2027.

This announcement is released by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), Eatontown, NJ, to notify industry of an Information Technology Advanced Planning Brief to Industry (IT APBI) hybrid event on June 26, 2024. The purpose of the APBI is to offer informative briefing sessions addressing Agency acquisition and IT transformation initiatives and objectives. Several briefing sessions with VA leadership, including but not limited to, Mr. Michael Parrish, Chief Acquisition Officer and Principal Executive Director, Office of Acquisition, Logistics and Construction and Mr. Kurt DelBene, Chief Information Officer and Assistant Secretary for Information and Technology will be presented.
