Official Awardee List: Polaris GWAC Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Pool

Update March 31, 2026

After review and evaluation in accordance with the criteria established in the solicitation, GSA has determined to make an additional award to four offerors eligible for award.

The newly named awardees are:

• • The Prospective Group Inc.
  • FedTec LLC
  • Digital Decypher (Digital Cloak led JV)
  • Open SAN Consulting

Of note is that all four were on the initial pre-award list, but did not make the initial final list – giving GSA time to do a full review. All four have been added to the list below, bringing the current total to 51.

GSA intends to proceed in phases as offerors are eligible for award.
