Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Customer Value Partners (CVP), was awarded a contract to assist the Veteran Health Administration’s (VHA) National Specialty Care Program Office (SCPO).

As the nation’s largest integrated healthcare system, VHA has a rich history of discovery and innovation and is the only health system that conducts research and educates health professionals to address the unique health issues affecting Veterans. The VHA SPCO encompasses a front office, 25 medical specialties, and six centers of excellence. SCPO is responsible for the development of policies, clinical operations, and implementation of national initiatives related to the delivery of specialty care enterprise wide.

SCPO has evolved from being a program office primarily responsible for policy, consultation, and education, to a program office with responsibility for policy and operations of national programs, centers of excellence, and specialty areas.

“We are excited and ready to support the VHA SCPO in a variety of tasks and activities to enhance and improve specialty care for Veterans and their families,” says Stan Shin, PFS Vice President, Transformation & Program Management. “We are committed to providing the highest quality support and operational improvements to enable the VHA SCPO to treat and care for our Veterans and their families with the best specialized care.”

The Titan Alpha team will assist SCPO leaders in optimizing the operations of SCPO programs and facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of specialty care programs, projects, and initiatives.
