Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) and Customer Value Partners (CVP), has been awarded a contract to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Resolution Management, Diversity and Inclusion (ORMDI) to improve the cultural health of the organization. This initiative, known as I*DEA [Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access] will better serve VA employees, Veterans, family members, caregivers, and survivors by embedding equitable practices throughout the enterprise.

With the release of Executive Orders 13985 and 14035—and other related Orders—the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) renewed its focus to eliminate institutional barriers to equity and access at VA. VA is proactively developing, enhancing, and delivering agency-wide practices that will put the Department at the forefront of the federal movement to ensure inclusion, diversity, equity, and access to underserved and otherwise marginalized communities is prioritized.
