An RFI that is currently on the street has one rapidly emerging woman-owned and service-disabled veteran owned small business and current CFPB partner on the hunt for expert Salesforce services partners to support a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Technology & Innovation, Enterprise Platform team (EPT) Salesforce program requirement. 

Background 

“The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has a requirement for expert Salesforce services to support its Technology & Innovation (T&I), Enterprise Platform team (EPT) Salesforce program. The CFPB is seeking contractor support to continue program management, strategy, and operational support services that will oversee the entirety of the Bureau’s Salesforce program. 

The objective of this requirement will be to obtain expert Salesforce staff to support the EPT Team’s Salesforce Program within CFPB’s T&I Division. The EPT utilizes Agile development process to implement and maintain a portfolio of Salesforce application products and services in support of multiple CFPB divisions and initiatives. Activities to include:  

  • Perform research, design and development, manage development efforts; 
  • Conduct business analysis, ensure the platform’s architectural integrity over time; 
  • Provide user support and operations and maintenance (O&M); 
  • Manage the path to production via a centralized release management process; 
  • Continue established governance of the Salesforce program via the Center of 
  • Excellence (COE); and 
  • Continue program management and strategy support services. 

The EPT Salesforce Program’s mission is to enable the success of CFPB’s business line partners in achieving their mission by leveraging the CFPB’s enterprise platforms to deliver and operate comprehensive solutions in an integrated, cost-effective, and efficient manner. With a vision of Striving to be the Bureau’s leader in business enablement, innovation, and delivery excellence. The EPT oversees the architecture, hygiene, O&M, and strategic direction for the CFPB’s enterprise platforms, with major investments being, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365, Atlassian JIRA, Qualtrics and MuleSoft. This BPA call order is primarily focused on Salesforce, but includes requirements for design, development, and system administration support for ancillary tools used in conjunction with the Salesforce “ecosystem”, primarily including, Qualtrics, GovDelivery and Atlassian JIRA.
