The Contractor shall provide a cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Grants management system, configured in accordance with Library requirements, that is capable of integrating with the Library’s existing financial, contract writing, records management, and reporting applications via direct api, file transfer or other mechanism as required by future needs of the Library.
The contractor shall configure, deploy, license, and maintain a cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Grants management system that will enable drafting and posting notices of funding opportunities to streamline the grants application process, making it easier for applicants to fill-out and submit applications and confirm that their applications have been accepted, denied, or if they need to provide additional information. In addition to the requirements listed below, the system shall generally enable batch downloading of numerous grant applications and facilitate evaluation and selection by the Library’s grants review panels. The system shall streamline the grant application process and the administration of grants, including the receipt of grant applications, evaluation of the application materials and processing of periodic program and financial reports and better enable the grants office to assess and act on potential risks.
